Hi, Thanks for coming back to me on this. I bought this adaptor from a company via Amazon called Qillu EU who describe it as a super mini Wifi V1 1.5 OBD2 OBD11.
I am convinced this has caused the problem as only started once installed in diagnostic port! I have since contacted them and they have refunded me in full via Amazon so in that respect they are honourable!

Вы покупаете в магазине (Google Play или appStore) и лучше уточнить непосредственно у них, в чем проблема с вашим аккаунтом и почему нет доступа с другого устройства. К сожалению разработчики никак не включены в цепочку вашего взаимодействия с магазином и не имеют никакого доступа к разрешению/блокировке приложения для определенного аккаунта

Сегодня купил, активировал на основном устройстве, на дополнительном опять просит оплату хотя аккаунт один.
Как быть?

What do you mean with "showing error"?
Please note, that consumption calculated as fuel consumed for moving at some distance. When you stop, engine still consuming the fuel while distance remain 0 (dividing X to 0) or unchanged (depending on time interval of measuramen). Economy/consumption parameters are discussed here.

When I slowing engine - economiser goes to very high and showing error. When I accelerate it goes normal rpm and fuel consumption
