Unable to login to mobile app

Hello!

I am unable to login with my email/password into the mobil app!

My login (e-mail/password) works on the web, but the android app says: Bad input data.

I use inCarDoc pro v.7.8.9 from Hungary.

Unfortunately, there's currently an issue with authorization in the app using Email. We apologize for the inconvenience, and at the moment, our specialists are working to resolve this issue. We'll work to resolve the issue as soon as possible to ensure no further authorization issues when using Email.
