I can't see the error codes

I do not see the error code, it only appears that there is an error

For the answer we might need to review the app settings as well as raw level communication protocol with your car. 

- connect
- open Diagnostics and wait finishing of data reading
- click Save-Send to prepare letter with Diagnostics data
- in the letter add issue description including expected errors 
- send letter to our support for review
