Ecu not communicating with adapter

Not sure if I just don't have my settings right or not but my ECU will not tell me what trouble code I'm having it just says that I have one and will not let me clear it

If you have any issues or questions with inCarDoc app, please use in-app communication options, so we could see the issue details and help you! As for Diagnostics/DTC Clearing please use Save-Send option at Diagnostic screen and send created letter as well as your questions by mail to the support. Thanks!
