P0600 - это потеря связи между кими-то (не уточненными) блоками управленимя (ЭБУ) авто. Ошибка слишком общая, чтобы можно было дать конкретные рекомендации.
Общие возможные причины:

- неисправность одного из ЭБУ
- низкое напряжение на шине данных
- повреждения (обрыв/короткое/плохой контакт) проводки или клем на шине данных

(1) Скорее всего она должна сопровождаться и другими "уточняющими" сообщениями об ошибках конкретных блоков.
(2) Если Check Engine не горел, а ошибка появилась только при подключении ELM327, то проблема может быть и в некачественном ELM327 адаптере.
(3) Также имеет смысл поискать/спросить на форумах Mercedes, возможно есть типичные для модели случаи проявления данной ошибки.

inCarDoc app does not support "reset oil". Please note that inCarDoc app supports only parameters and ECU's specified with OBD-II standard, that is Engine and Emission systems (Check Engine dashboard light).

Unfortunately other car systems like service reminders, ABS, ESP, SRS etc. do not covered with any standard. Implementation could be very different for various make-model-year.

You might need the specialized solution or extension for exact make-model-year that declare support of the non-OBD systems.

I'm experiencing the same thing with my OBDII

so we could only recommend the same steps: follow recomendations from above answer and send us results for review.

Waiting for connection log from the app as well as detaiuls abour your car model/year.

Вы можете выбрать, «другой» и вписать тип топлива и объём двигателя самостоятельно, как это рекомендуется в подсказке вверху страницы ввода авто.

Добрый день подключаюсь к машине через автосканер elm 327 выбираю машину киа сид 2011 и мотор но там у вас только 1.6 литра а у меня 1.4 таких там нет
