Usual connection (that is testing of base 9 protocols) might take from few to 20 seconds depending on exact protocol and adapter performance. If it was some connection issue, app will start testing protocols again at slow seed (for compatibility with some old car models), finally app might test some protocols variations that might be specific for some makes/models... all around might take a few minutes.
This case practically impossible to uncover in a theoretic mode, with issues or questions please send us connection protocol fro review, so we cold give detailed explanation.

There should be no option 0 - 100 mph at all
The all available options depends on your units settings: Settings-Localization-Units-(Imperial/Metric)
For Imperial (that is miles)
0 - 35 MPH
0 - 60 MPH
For Metric (that is km/h)
0 - 60 km/h
0 - 100 km/h

Why does the app take long to gather or establish a connection to some cars with OBD2 standards, how long does one have to wait for connection?

How does the (0-60)/(0-100) miles feature work while using the obdcardoctor pro version. I have the pro version. Is it possible to convert the units to kilometers?

К сожалению программа не предназначена и не умеет включать и выключать отдельные лампочки и индикаторы. В все что она умеет - это читать и расшифровывать данные которые возвращает ЭБУ вашего автомобиля, кроме этого она еще может послать ЭБУ команду "очистить" хранящиеся в нем ошибки. Обычно при стирании ошибок должен погаснуть и индикатор, но это все работа ЭБУ, прграмма может только отправить команду очистки ошибок.
К сожалению сказать почему, при явном наличии ошибки в списке и на панели, ЭБУ возвращает состояние индикатора ошибок - выключен сложно. Это вопрос скорее к прошивке ЭБУ вашего авто.
