90-s are Coming Back
Acura debuts with restomod SLX luxury-sport utility vehicle – “Super Handling SLX” at the RADwood celebration of the '80s and '90s automotive lifestyle.
The 1996 Acura SLX returns as the "Super Handling" SLX. The Acura brand is premium, and at one time, namely in the 90s, demonstrated the release of its first all-wheel-drive SUV in its class. A special feeling of nostalgia for the '80s and '90s became the reason why Acura didn't change the exterior and interior of the Super Handling SLX.
Most of the changes are technical. The new 90's SUV has a 2.0 liter turbocharged DOHC VTEC Engine with a 10-speed automatic. Power output is 350 HP @ 6500 rpm and 340 lb-W @ 1600-4500 rpm.
