Mercedes-Benz debutantes at LA motor Show
The LA Motor Show is continuing, and this article is a short review of several announced debutants of the Mercedes-Benz. Some of the representatives were mentioned in our News-Blog earlier. They are Mustang Mach-E, BMW 330e xDrive, BMW X6 M and BMW X5 M.
Mercedes-Benz EQC
Mercedes-Benz EQC is a fully variable 4-wheel drive with a branded 4MATIC system. The new electric SUV gains 100km/h at 5,1 seconds and has zero CO2 combined emission. This model has a fast and flexible charging. The battery capacity of 7.4 kW, 40 minutes fully charged. In a complete set with a 110 kW battery, this time will suffice for 80% of a charge (from 10%). Note that the electric powertrains have different settings, so the front e-engine is most effective at medium and low loads, and the rear e-motor - at high loads. The combined performance of both is 402 HP and a maximum torque of 561 lb-ft.

Mercedes-AMG GLS 63
Another impressive SUV that surely finds its fans, among travelers and large families. Comfortable, spacious and roomy AMG CLS 63 has excellent driving and technological characteristics. An efficient transmission coupled with an EQ Boost starter generator and a 48-volt electrical system gave the CLS 63 the perfect fit for long journeys.
This beautiful car can accommodate as many as 7 people, who will feel comfortable sitting in the high-tech cabin of the car on the AMG seats with climate control.

Mercedes-Maybach GLS
The luxury representative of the brand, the release of which is expected in the second half of 2020 in the United States. The 4-liter V8 engine, capable of 550 HP at 6000-6500 rpm and 538 lb-ft of torque at 2500-5000 rpm, is a variant of the engine developed exclusively for Maybach.
The character of the interior is especially reflected in the high-quality materials, which are carefully and with a high level of skill selected and finished. The generosity and luxury of the Mercedes-Maybach are reflected, for example, in the dashboard with Nappa leather trim and horizontal chrome louver vents. Another attractive feature of the Mercedes-Maybach GLS - electronically expanding footrests. They provide convenient and safe access to and exit from the high seat.

The AMG SPEEDSHIFT MCT 9G gearbox is specifically tuned to the requirements of the eight-cylinder engine in the GLE 63 S. Systematic hardware and software developments have further optimized reaction times.
