Kia Sportage 2022

The KIA company has prepared a completely new car for the first generation. The official presentation showed that the company developed a completely new design for the 5th generation car. Kia specialists from different countries worked on the exterior design of the vehicle. The model received a radiator grille that merges with the optics, arc-shaped DRL, new bumpers, and modified lights. Now a power and hybrid engine will be available for drivers. The line of power units of the new Kia Sportage 2022 includes a 1.6-liter TGDI gasoline turbo engine with direct fuel injection with a capacity of 180 hp (264 Nm) and a 2.0-liter diesel engine (186 hp and 416 Nm), equipped with advanced technology for changing the geometry of turbocharging. The hybrid's power is 230 horsepower, and the torque is 350 Nm. In a mixed cycle, the fuel consumption will be only 6 liters per 100 km.

Nissan Qashqai 2022

It is expected that in 2022, Nissan will present its crossover. The new third generation of the Nissan Qashqai has been repeatedly seen in camouflage on the roads of different countries. That is why it was possible to imagine how the next novelty would look. The new generation of Kashkai received an updated design and a completely redesigned interior. However, the manufacturer used the old platform with a new hybrid powertrain. The engineers made minor changes to the front bumper of the crossover. There are triangular air intakes that stretch from the very bottom to the headlights on it. According to the company's representatives, the first models will have turbocharged HR13 gasoline engines with a volume of 1.3 liters. Besides, there will be two options for power supply (140 and 160 horses). The unit will receive less power in a pair of 6-speed mechanics and only front-wheel drive. In addition to these units, the manufacturer will offer buyers an e-Power hybrid installation to the car. It is based on the MR15 gasoline engine, with a volume of 1.5 liters and a capacity of 157 horses. The electric motor on the new hybrid capacity will be 190 horses (140 kW) and a torque of 330 Nm. 

Toyota Land Cruiser 300

This car is considered one of the most popular among all. Toyota has tried to ensure that the new crossover meets the needs of fans of SUVs. The Land Cruiser will retain the frame and all-wheel drive with a downshift, according to preliminary information. Among the options, there will be locks for the rear and front inner-wheel differentials, as well as a new E-KDSS (Electronic Kinetic Dynamic Suspension System) system with openable cross-stability stabilizers. Instead of the engine, a V6 3.4 gasoline turbo engine (415 hp, 650 Nm) is planned, already familiar with the same Lexus LS and producing maximum torque from 2000 rpm. In absolute terms, it significantly exceeds the outgoing atmospheric V8 4.6 (309 hp, 439 Nm). Production of Toyota Land Cruiser 300 SUVs in Japan has already begun. Now it remains to wait for the premiere, and sales of cars in some markets should start very soon. 

Hyundai Ionic 5

Another new electric car will be on sale in 2022. Even though the new car model looks like a full-fledged station wagon, it belongs to the crossover category. Hyundai Ioniq 5-rear - or all-wheel drive mid-size electric SUV. It combines a stylish design, progressive and functional interior. The crossover became the serial embodiment of the sensational Hyundai 45 concept car (debuted in the fall of 2019 at the Frankfurt Motor Show), which, in turn, was created based on the 1974 Pony model. Inside, there are 12-inch widescreen monitors: manufacturers enclosed the dashboard on the left, while information and entertainment capabilities are provided on the right. At the same time, the "microclimate" control is in a separate unit on the center console. Four modifications will be available for customers who want Hyundai Ionic 5. The choice includes the basic version of the Standard Range with a traction lithium-ion battery with a capacity of 58 kW/h, but it is offered with two types of drive. The five-door in the Long Range modification has a battery capacity of 72.6 kW/h and can also be in several versions. 

Infiniti QX60

The new generation of Infiniti QX60 continues the initiatives of its predecessor. The technical solutions are the same for Infiniti QX60 and the Nissan Pathfinder. Infiniti QX60 is a comfortable family car endowed with space and several necessary options standards for this segment. The car has a strict design that can appeal to practical motorists. There is a 3.5-liter V-shaped gasoline "six" with direct fuel injection under the hood of the Infiniti QX60. The same as on the predecessor. The engine power is 299 hp. The drive for the car is possible both front and full. Besides, a new coupling for connecting the rear axle with increased speed appeared on the latest model. The base equipment includes a central display of the InTouch media system. It supports Android Auto and Apple CarPlay protocols and has a diagonal of 12.3 inches. The ProPilot Assist driver assistance system offers adaptive cruise control with a lane-keeping function. The speed is controlled automatically from the set limit to a complete stop and back. The presentation of the car will take place next autumn.
