When I slowing engine - economiser goes to very high and showing error. When I accelerate it goes normal rpm and fuel consumption

What do you mean with "showing error"?
Please note, that consumption calculated as fuel consumed for moving at some distance. When you stop, engine still consuming the fuel while distance remain 0 (dividing X to 0) or unchanged (depending on time interval of measuramen). Economy/consumption parameters are discussed here.
