This one I know it, it's your throttle sensor, if your pedal is with cable, then it's on the throttle body, and first, check if your wire is not cut somewhere, and go on YouTube and with a little search you will know the location of the sensor and how to test it with a multimeter to know if it's working. From my experience, you first do need to check if the wire of the harness are not cut somewhere to save money.
