Please note that connection is done by adapter, not by app itself. App just set protocol one by one and ask adapter test the connection. If there are no connection, the possible reasons could be
malfunctioning adapter or absence of OBD-II support in your car.
It wold be better if you send us connection protocol data with in-app Menu-Info-Contact us, in mail with protocol please repeated the issue description and car details.
