Cannot add car year in Profile says 'Please enter no more than 4 characters', not working

I cannot add cars under my profile from the web page, when selecting a year it give the error 'Please enter no more than 4 characters.' then will not allow me to save.

Please temporary use in-app options for adding/editing car info.
