2011 Toyota Tundra Failing to connect

The device continues to cycle through all the protocols and then eventually fails to connect. Can't seem to get it to connect through anything Bluetooth or wifi. What should i do? I bought the pro version thinking that would help but i was wrong.

Please use in-app option (i)-Contact us to send your settings and connection data to our support for review. Please note to repeat the issue as well as car/model year in the mail.
