Updating the Model 70, what should we expect?

Not so long ago, the company updated the Toyota Land Cruiser 70 SUV. This is a cult model of the Japanese brand, which has been produced for 39 years. For Toyota Land Cruiser 70, this is the second large-scale restyling. The first model survived back in 2007. 
The restyling brought round headlight blocks, a modern engine and an upgraded interior. It was found out that a new instrument cluster with a 4.2-inch on-board computer screen and a multi-steering wheel appeared in the cabin. Also, a multimedia system with a 6.7-inch display and support for Apple CarPlay and Android Auto is also offered. 
The restyling included a marking tracking system, recognition of road signs and the function of automatic switching of light from far to near. The model is offered both in the form of an SUV and in the back of a pickup truck. Toyota will offer the 2024 Land Cruiser 70 with a 2.8-liter diesel engine producing 201 hp and 500 Nm of torque, which is paired with a six-speed automatic transmission.

In 2023, it returned to its traditional look with round headlights, protruding turn signals and a large Toyota inscription. A few more cosmetic changes are expected in the interior, which we will learn about later.
