Codes like P1XXX referred as so-called custom manufacture codes. This codes does not have common meaning and should be reviewed in context of var manufacturer and/or model.
To get code meaning and repairing tips at your case it's recommended to use internet search for "Lexus DTC P1660" or "Toyota DTC P1660" or more detailed request "Lexus Rx350 DTC P1660"
Usual meaning of P1660 for Toyota models is
P1660 (Toyota/Lexus) - Air Bleed Control Circuit Malfunction
