My check engine light is on and I have obvious issues. No codes when I scan. What am I doing wrong

To answer we might need to review the app settings as well as raw level communication protocol with your car. Please use in-app "Contact us" option so we could review the case:
- connect
- open Diagnostics and wait finishing of data reading
- click Save-Send to prepare letter with Diagnostics data
- in the letter add issue description including expected errors
- send letter to our support for review
