How does the (0-60)/(0-100) miles feature work while using the obdcardoctor pro version. I have the pro version. Is it possible to convert the units to kilometers?

There should be no option 0 - 100 mph at all

The all available options depends on your units settings: Settings-Localization-Units-(Imperial/Metric)

For Imperial (that is miles)
0 - 35 MPH
0 - 60 MPH

For Metric (that is km/h)
0 - 60 km/h
0 - 100 km/h
