Almost all tests are incomplete .... Why?

Almost all of the tests run by the diagnostic feature are incomplete or non marked even after 1 hour ride on my saab .... why doesnt it finish the diagnostic routine all the tests?

Evaporative System
Heated Catalyst
EGR System
Oxygen Sensor
Oxygen Sensor Heater
Catalyst
Secondary Air System
A/C Refrigerant

Checked OK only:

Components
Fuel System
Misfire

Tests completion requires the car to be driven at various conditions: equivalent "regular driving". One could find more here: https://www.state.nj.us/mvc/pdf/inspections/Readiness_Brochure.pdf
