are there instructions to connect online? if so url please or pdf. the device will not connect via bluetooth. please help.

You could see all connection and troubleshooting tips directly in app when running connection Wizard (Settings-Connection Guide) or with connection error pop-up message or "How to connect InCarDoc iOS and Android to OBD adapter".

With issues or questions please use in-app contact options as it recomended with above article.
