- type of the adapter, WiFi or Bluetooth
- exact model name and link to the specifications or selling page ( note that “our” adapter refers only to “OBD Car Doctor” / “inCarDoc” devices sold from this site only)
(If using a WiFi adapter:
do not forget to check/set Wifi connection with OBD-II adapter each time before running app session;
also note to keep app on-screen during the connection session to prevent from closing WiFi connection)If still have issues please use in-app Feedback option (as recommended above) to prepare and send us configuration data as well as your issue description, adapter and car details (including the year). DO NOT REMOVE any automatically attached files, so we could check the issue.
