Hi all, and my first time here. I do not yet have the Pro version, but the app works great with my 2014 Mazda - thanks. Trying using the standard connection means with my 2001 Escape fails, as it stalls on the message "Sending ATH0", having sent all previous messages. The app then shares the fail screen, and suggests coming to the forum here. I have searched the forum, and can;t find any advice..... any suggestions from anyone? Many thanks in advance.....W

It would be better to get the debug log with info about settings and "handshake" details:
- start engine
- unplug/plug back adapter
- turn off/on Bluetooth in phone
- activate checkbox Settings-Logging-Debug logging
- try to connect
send log with Settings-Logging-Send message
please repeat issue description and car details in mail
