Hi,
obtained a fault code P0407 on my VW, the description identified as EGR sensor 'B' circuit low, looking for more information on this I came across Read Measuring Blocks on VCDS and wonder if any of the car doctor versions would cover these and especially the 070 to 079 groups.

Unfortunately not.
The referred data looks as specific to internal VW protocol ( VAG-COM ) and does not covered with OBD-II standard and not supported in OBD Car Doctor.
