I want to purchase in-app but I want to know the difference between in app and pro version specifically for obdcardoctor app. Plus I would like to know if changing of phone would affect me in anyway if I have already bought the pro version. Thank you.

Upgrade to the Pro version is one time payment. Versions compare table is listed in Features section of this site.
