It does not recommended to change volumetric efficiency unless you have reason for that change. The default is 80, that means that effectiveness of usage of full engine volume is 80%. The displacement is the volume of your engine in cubic cantimers cc, means if you car specification states 2,4 L engine, you need set 2400 as displacement.
