I have a 2008 Toyota Sequoia with a 5.7 engine. What does code P0012 mean and what is wrong or how to fix it.Thanks

I have an 05 trailblazer and it's running rough and am pulling up po300 code and I replaced all injectors with some I was told was good from junkyard and now it's running a little better but still getting the random misfire code so I'm thinking one is still bad how can I pinpoint that
