I have used inCarDoc now several times successfully with my OBDII reader to clear error codes from my 2002 Dodge Dakota Sport. The specific code is for a small evaporative fuel system leak, and has previously cleared without difficulty after replacing the gas cap. Today when I attempted to clear the code, I kept getting the message "PID not supported." Any ideas as to what the problem is, since I have used it successfully before? Thanks.

Sounds quite a strange for the code clearing case, it should not be there...
Please use Save - Send option at Diagnostics screen, to prepare and send us results directly after clearing attempt. If possible also add a screenshot with PID not supported message and case description as well.
Thanks.
