Please, if possible, detail the case
1) what is the OBD adapter type (WiFi? Bluetooth?) and model (link to the specifications or selling page ?)
2) car model/year and country
3) it also might be helpful to get a connection protocol from your letter: (left) Menu - Feedback, with the issue description and details as of 1), 2)
