Protocol 5 Error when connecting to OBD Wifi

My OBD wifi connects to my phone, but when I try and connect my app (OBD Car Doctor) it get stuck on Protocol 5, and errors out.  What is Protocol 5, and how do I fix this issue?

Looks like an issue with adapter, it just hangs on one of the OBD-II protocols (especially "ISO 14230-4 KWP fast init")

1) you could try to increase the commands delay
- start car's engine
- unplug/plug back adapter
- Settings-Test-Command delay-Long
- try to connect

2) also you could try to bypass testing connection of the "hang" protocol
   - Settings-Test-ignore-protocol #... (in your case #5)

3) or just change the adapter
