OBD Car Doctor iOS functionality Cannot upload data records to incardoc.com website

Hello again,

I'm trying to upload data records from the iOS OBD Car Doctor Pro App to the incardoc.com website.

I'm using an iPhone 6s with iOS 9.3.1, OBD Car Doctor Pro at latest level from App store.

My personal account is working, means I can login to this website and update the forum using my account.

I followed the FAQ saying to register for an account, enter the app, select the data record and send it to incardoc service.

As this is not available in the current iOS App, I press on the envelope next to the data record and select send it to incardoc.com website. But this always fails with 

"Error

Error authorization: no connection"

This message window pops up 6 times for 1 attempt to send the data.

When I try to upload the data, the OBD Car Doctor Pro App is NOT connected to the OBDII connector.

The log file shows that the App is using http:// .... trying to connect to 

http://incardoc.com/OBDService/api/user/authentication {"email":"<personal_account>","password":"<encrypted_password>"}

Seems to be it's not working at all.

Can you help me, please.

By the way, 

I tried to use Test_Drive on your website, but that does not work as well.

Обратите внимание, что эта настройка может помогать на некоторых телефонах, у которых часто "залипает" Bluetooth. Переоткрытие ​Bluetooth на пару с переподключением адаптера лечит проблему "залипания". Спасибо!

А в настройках случайно не установлена галочку "Переоткрыть BT соединение" ? (Меню-Настройка-Соединение-Переоткрыть BT соединение)

Версия PRO

При попытке соединения приложение запрашивает разрешение на включение Bluetooth, хотя он включен. Выдаём разрешение. запрос повторяется. 

При запуске с выключеным bluetooth - история повторяется

Пожалуйста обратите внимание, что АБС. АКПП, подушки и прочие ЕБС :) ни OBD-II ни каким другим стандартом не описываются. каждый производитель изобретает свой "велосипед". Если есть информация по соответствующим командам и протоколам для конкретного авто, программу можно настроить на любые пользовательские команды. Спасибо

Доброе время суток. Такая проблема на цивике загорелись датчик АБС и курсовой устойчивости. Подключаюсь к эбу через elm327, данные на телефон вывод а ошибку не показывает. После удаление ошибок ничего не меняется. В чем проблема?

Hello all,

I'm posting this thread to document another OBD Car Doctor behavior I recently recognized.

Using OBD Card Doctor on an iPhone requires a WIFI connection to the OBD device. This is working fine.

Nevertheless, I looked around in the App setting and switched to the Kiwi3 tab.

If I stay on the Kiwi3 tab, the OBD Car Doctor App automatically tries to connect to a Kiwi3 device using Bluetooth.

This mean, selecting the Kiwi3 tab to review the available settings automatically activates Kiwi3 mode and Bluetooth.

You need to go to settings again and select the Wifi tab to re-enable WIFI connection to a WIFI OBD device.

Just documenting this in here as this behavior is obviously not intuitive.

No need to reply to this post except my post is incorrect.
