I have a Flex Fuel 2008 F150 with a 5.4 that has intermittent long crank and about every 20 cranks when cold I get a misfire code.

Cant see where I can check the Flex fuel inferred% or FF-INF% to check the ethanol content of fuel in the tank versus FF-INF  with the OBD car doctor  

Also I cant see where the Flex fuel learned: yes/no or  FF-LRN  with the OBD car doctor

These PIDS should help me understand how the PCM is perceiving the fuel blend after a completed learn.

You might need search internet or forums to find topics with discussions of custom protocols and diagnostics of a specific make/model. There might be some hints about possibility of connection, protocols and commands for the specific car model.
Then you might test that in Console and later we could help to prepare a configuration file.

Please note that App "OBD Car Doctor" supports only reading parameters and ECU's specified with OBD-II standard, that is Engine and Emission systems. Unfortunately any other car systems like SRS, ABS, ESP, etc. do not covered with any standard. Implementation could be very different for various cars (make-model-year). You might need the other specialized solution for exact make-model-year that declare support of all listed systems.

Язык устанавливается в соответствии с настройкой языка в iOS, то есть Русский должен располагаться в списке языков "выше" Английского.

Приобретая устройсто OBD WiFi ознакомился с описанием приложения в AppleStore, где было указано о наличии русского языка. Установив приложение на IPhone  и приобретя версию Pro, я не смог обнаружить в настройках русский язык. Как это сделать ?
