Car model doe not affect on Diagnostics, that is just "labeling" at this case.
At left side menu click on vehicle selector, then "Add car"
if you have some other issues, please give some more details
- app platform: iOS or Android?
- are you able to setup connection an open Diagnostics?
At most case more suitable to use in-app feedback options, it automatically fills app setting and shortcuts conversation.

Colors might be different for various unit manufacturers, so unfortunately it's not informative.
We might need to see the connection protocol to get idea about the troubles.Please use
(for iPhone) - left-side menu - Feedback
(for Android) - right-side menu - Info - Contact us
to prepare and send us mail with attached connection protocol. In a letter with protocol please
- repeat the issue description,
- make/model/year of your car
- details about your OBD adapter: WiFi or Bluetoth? name, link to the specifications

I have plugged it into my Volvo S60 but cannot get the red light to change to green, I have downloaded app onto my android phone but obviously the 2 won't talk to each other.Am I doing something wrong or is it faulty?

Unfortunately current app versions does not support Readiness monitors.
We plan to add this with one of the following releases.

The answer might bit vary on app platform: iOS or Android.
Android
1) Auto-start connection (when start app)
Settings-Connection-"Connect BT at start"
(sorry for confusing "BT", this works for WiFi as well, need to update labeling soon)
2) Auto-open command (when connected)
Setting-Connection-"Auto start of the last command"
Automatically open screen of the last command used in previous session
3) Light theme
Settings-Test-Theme-Ligh
iOS
Currently supports only Auto-start connection (when start app)
Settings-Auto connect

Hi guys,
I use a tablet as a dedicated OBD dashboard in my 1UZ VVTi driftcar. Is there a way to auto start the app, and have it auto connect to the obd wifi, auto start my comby widget dashboard etc?
Is there a way to get better visibility on the widgets? They are pretty dark against a dark background, makes them very hard to read in the sunlight...

I've connected it to my truck, it doesn't show any fault codes but battery was recently disconnected and I'm due for an inspection.

Бесплатная - это не демо-версия, а полноценная программа показывающая все доступные в конкретной модели параметры. которые производитель авто предусмотрел и "отдает" по протоколу OBD-II. Pro версия отличается возможностями записи и комбинирования отдельных параметров в группы. Подробнее о версиях можно почитать в разделе Особенности.
Что касается ошибок и параметров:
Обратите пожалуйста внимание, что программа работает в соответствии со стандартом OBD-II который описывает только двигатель и выхлоп, все другие подсистемы такие как электрика, srs(подушки), abs, акпп и т.п. стандартом не описывается. Каждый производитель авто изобретает свой велосипед и универсальные программы охватить все варианты от всех производителей не могут.
Ищите специализированные решения под вашу модель/год, явно декларирующие поддержку требуемых систем, если такие имеются
