Highly efficient turbocharged engines aren’t fiction anymore. Audi, ITR, and Areal partners made one more step closer to create a new generation of engines. The DTM engine has achieved significant CO2 reduction (lover by 30%). The next Audi RS 5 DTM race taxis will be using innovative motors, based on environmentally friendly fuel.

The innovative fuel was testing on the race taxi – Audi RS 5 DTM. This kind if gasoline has a high level of easily updated components, that in its turn, influence on CO2 balance. EV vehicles spread on the market fast, nevertheless, the parking of cars with internal combustion engines is still wide spread.

If we can not modernize it, we can change the fuel. Audi together with their partners put a purpose to create innovative fuel by 2025, and today they start tests. The fuel that Audi will use in the context of final racing competition, will be organic in a half. It helps to reduce emissions by 30 percent.
